The overhauls can include a cloud-based software set up if you don’t already have one and 6-12 months of clean up in getting your records in place and the proper reports pulled.
You’ll also get a check-in call at the end to review the completed project, show you the reports, and show you how we set up the accounts so you’re able to stay informed even if we’re taking over the books for you going forward.

The Bookkeeping Overhaul
This is a one time service that overhauls your bookkeeping system to get you ready to breeze through tax season, get you ready for monthly services, or be able to DIY your books with confidence.

Most of our monthly clients start with an overhaul service (listed above) and then transition into monthly services. To start with monthly service and skip the overhaul, your bookkeeping needs to already be accurate and up to date.

It’s a one-time session to get some much needed structure and support so you can visualize the numbers with a helpful budget, and get your money questions answered. This way you can get the confidence boost you need without having to worry about the ongoing investment that comes with monthly services.

Can you file my taxes?
While our team doesn’t file taxes for you, we have a CPA who we contract with if you need tax support. We are able to handle the books for you and directly send them to the CPA so you can have a one-stop shop experience for your bookkeeping and tax needs.
Do you have payment plans available?
Yes! Most of our overhauls are split into 3 payments, a deposit when you book and then a payment 30 days and 60 days later. Really big clean ups can be split into more payments on a case by case basis. Monthly services are automatically paid out on a monthly basis to help keep your cashflow consistent.
How do I get my documents to you?
Once we sign our contract, you’ll get access to a shared client folder in Google Drive where you’ll be able to upload your documents, see your budget resources, and it’s where we will save your reports so you can view and download them anytime.
How do I know my information stays confidential?
Your information is never shared and we do not save your personal information outside of your folder and client portal. We also do not discuss client details outside of work to keep your information private to you and your business.
What do I do if I’m not quite sure what service I need?
Get in touch! It’s really common to not know exactly what you need when you’re not even that informed with how bookkeeping works, so filling out our inquiry form will allow us to see where you’re at and what your most pressing needs are so we can make a good recommendation.
What if I’m embarrassed about my situation?
We’ve all been there, we’re human just like you and we aren't perfect with our money either. I promise you will never be judged in this space, but we will always be honest so that you can make changes and improvements so your finances can become a place of confidence and not embarrassment.
